Competence Analysis and Development Tool (CADT®) is a really unique method for the measurement of competence and competence development.
The new thing about this is that we, with support of CADT®, not only gain a view on the competences and developmental aspects, but also on the competences which are used as adjusted behavior. Therefore we do not only use texts (cognitive) but also images (experience). The combination of these two methods is new and provides information about the real competences of the participant. A good analysis of the measurement is able to recognize in an early stage stress, exhaustion e.d. whereby improvements can be provided. Exhaustion and stress are the result of those competences which are used as adjusted behavior within their job.
No other measurement instrument, besides CADT®, is able to make the distinction between true competences and adjusted behavior. The participant gains therefore more awareness of those competences which are not developed by inner motivations but only by adjustment. This will increase the pleasure in the job, stress and exhaustion will decrease and absence through illness will become less. |

The expression Analytic Therapy is introduced by Prof. Dr. C.G. Jung (1875 – 1961), from his point of view individuals have conscious as well as unconscious processes. These unconscious processes have a large influence on our thoughts and actions. Compare for example verbal communication with non-verbal communication. Research has shown that processing information between humans is for 20% verbal, and the other 80% non- verbal communication, like appearance, behavior, expression, etc. This is the same with our unconsciousness.
You can compare this with an iceberg, where most part is under water...
Thus, Analytic Psychology contains the total of conscious and unconscious processes which makes us behave and act like a human being, expresse our loves, letting our emotions flow, express our emotions en recognize or mask our impairments.
The Analytic Psychology works with terminology as introvert/extravert, shadow, anima/animus and in the dialogue with the client the coach tries to reflect the deeper motivations and constraints whereby this self becomes conscious. This dialogue never contains words like must have, changing, solving etc. It is the consciousness of the client who integrates all these terms in his life, whereby truly and deeply changes are able to occur. |
The destination of a human being, for which he is here, is to know his inner palette. The palette of the Self, who he truly is. As the palette collects more colors, will the bond with the other become more deeply and more connected. By doing genuine self investigation within the experience they can replenish the palette. The shame and guilt will vanish, the arrogance, which only functions as protection, is no longer needed, they can be free en conscious in life.

The Swiss Psychologue Carl Gustav Jung developed a typology which is the fundament for his analytic psychology.
He tackels the basic functions extraversion-intraversion and the four psychological groundfunctions – thinking, feeling, sensing and intuition.
Jung did research for the relation of the cultural history of this typology and made a connection between the different typologies and the collective archetypes which where build up by humanity through the years. With support of the psychological typology it is possible to classify human traits and psychological preferences and bring this closer to the real being of the individual. |
The Courtesy Competence Analysis & Development Tool is the next stage after the MBTI and feedback. It will support the client with more insight about personal development issues and is most likely the real start of a coaching process. The board game assessment is based on the body of thought of Dr. C.G. Jung. Its results are best used to assist people's understanding of their strengths, areas for development and preferences that will effect the roles they are suitable for and should enjoy. During and after the coaching process, which usually takes about 12 sessions of one and a half hour, people are able to make better choices about career change and personal development. Better choices result in benefits for all involved. Huge interpersonal improvements can be reached like more joy and better energy flow in work and life, less stress and better relationships with people at work and at home.
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) / ALTI The MBTI test is more like a interpersonal development instrument. It is based on the personality type theory of the Swiss psychoanalyst Dr. C.G. Jung. This test is used worldwide to give individuals, teams and organisations opportunities for development. |
