Procedures for Professionals
Courtesy masters aims at excellent service towards candidates, based on mutual confidence and energy.

We underline the fact that we work in the most confidential way possible. This means that your details can only be accessed by employees of Courtesy Masters, who all of them acknowledge and subscribe to our policy.

We will only forward your Curriculum Vitae to a client when we have received your verbal or written approval. Courtesy Masters naturally operates within the guidelines of the relevant legislation relating to Data Protection and futher legislation to the selection and recruitment of staff.

We enjoy courtesy, hospitality and efficiency. You will know exactly what we do for you and what you may expect. We are "properly direct", we inform you continuously on the cooperation from the start.

How does it work? Although our way of working is a tailor made job, we can point out to you our procedures on the basis of our step-by-step plan here below.
Step 1: Application
In order to be of excellent service to you, extensive and up to date details of your background, education and requirements are very important. To registrate yourself in the most rapid and effective way, we advise you to do this through our website. This can be done in case of an open registration or referring to one of our vacancies mentioned in our list.
Step 2: Assessment by our consultants

After we have received your registration, our consultant will assess your profile within 48 hours. We pay attention to your education, professional experience, personal characteristics, your current employment situation, your motivation and ambitions. After this evalution 3 other options remain:

  • Your profile matches perfectly with one or more of our current positions, ór we expect this to happen on short notice. In this case you will be invited immediately, through a log in code, to forward more detailed information.
  • We are interested, however we do not have a suitable postion for you at the moment itself. In this case you will not be invited for an interview, but requested to, forward more detailed information online through this log in code. After having forwarded these details, your will be entered into our database and will be contacted at the time we do have a suitable position for you.
  • You will be refused. We believe we cannot be of your service. Often this means that our clients for who we select and recruit personnel do not have or will have any positions, which will match your requirements, background and or experience.
Step 3: Extra information
Although in certain situations you may be invited immediately for an interview, initially we will request more information should we see a possibility to place you as a candidate at one or more of our clients. Through a log in code, you can provide detailed information online. This could also mean you have to make a test (online), in order to receive more background information.
Step 4: Interview with your consultant
The consultant with who you will have an interview, will remain your personal advisor through the whole process initially. With your CV and the extra detailed information provided by you as guideline, we will discuss extensively your background, personal characteristics, current situation and expectations. We will also discuss the position (s) that match (es) your profile thoroughly.
Step 5: Presentation of your Curriculum Vitae
Immediately after your interview, the consultant will write an extensive profile, in which your strenghts and unique points will be highlighted. Your references will be checked by your consultant and your CV will be presented in "Courtesy Style" to our client discussed with your consultant, if requested this can be done anonymous and without contact details.
Step 6: Job interviews
After we have presented you CV to our client, we maintain intensive contact with that specific client in order to understand as soon as possible whether they are interested in arranging a job interview. Should we receive a negative feedback, you will be informed immediately by your consultant. Naturally, we will also inform you on the reason for rejection. In that case we will do our outmost to bring you in connection with other companies. In case of a positive reaction, you will be invited for an initial interview with our client. Your consultant will prepare you for this interview as much as possible. Most clients will organise two interviews before they decide to proceed into employment. In the meantime we will remain in contact with you and our client.
Step 7: Congratulations, you have been hired
Congratulations, you have been hired. From the moment you have been employed by our client, our mediation ends. The only thing we would like to request from you is a copy of your employment contract, signed by both parties, in order to complete our files. After commencement of employment we will contact you at least once in order to discuss whether your position is as presumed. Naturally we will be available at all times for any questions or problems you might have. We will change your status to "non-active", but your details will remain in our database.
